What Is the Fairy Arc? Synopsis and Memorable Scenes | When & Which Manga Volume [Chiikawa]

In a dark, cave-like place, Chiikawa confronts a black, horned opponent with a catch pole, and after the battle receives a bag-like reward. Next, reading a book that indicates one can become stronger, Chiikawa envisions themselves adorned with flower-like decorations and wings. Eventually, Chiikawa, Hachiware, and Usagi take on forms with small flowers and wings, and fly high in the sky.

Before the three flying among flowers while singing, a large horned opponent and spider webs appear. Hachiware, caught in a web, is bitten by a large spider and cries out in pain, saying, "This might not be a dream." As Chiikawa rushes over, Usagi charges in and takes down the spider in a single blow. Chiikawa and Hachiware are amazed by that strength.

While a black bird flies near the three traveling through the sky, on the ground, Yoroi-san (Armor Knight) picks up a small wooden object. Yoroi-san (Armor Knight) and the others treat it like a sound-making instrument, joining their voices and moving their bodies. The three in fairy form try to press onward past Yoroi-san (Armor Knight) and the others, who continue marching and dancing, while searching for that wooden object.
