What is the Training Arc? Synopsis and Famous Scenes Summary | When and Which Manga Volume [Chiikawa]
Overview
Synopsis
Chiikawa and Hachiware are handed tools with long handles that have a grasping shape at the end, and head to work in the grass. In front of Rakko, who asks how long they plan to practice, when Chiikawa uses the tool to grab and pull a leaf, a hairy, round figure appears from the shadows of the grass. While Rakko is bewildered, Chiikawa continues his leaf-using movements, and Hachiware also watches over the situation.
In front of the two continuing their training of swinging weapons in the forest plaza, Usagi appears carrying a long, thin stick on his shoulder. There is a note saying the stick is a giant stick snack, and Rakko catches the tip Usagi swings with his mouth. Rakko starts gnawing on the stick while inviting them to train together, and Hachiware raises his voice asking if he came to show off. Rakko crunches it loudly until Usagi's stick becomes short.
After the training, Rakko tells Chiikawa and Hachiware that they must be tired and can choose any snack they like, and the three enter a supermarket. While Chiikawa and Hachiware proceed through the store looking at products, Rakko searches as if he has lost sight of the two between the shelves. Hachiware also worries about the teacher's whereabouts and thinks the snack aisle is like a maze. In the aisles where they cannot see each other, each searches for the other.
