What is the Slot Machine Arc? Synopsis and Best Scenes Summary | When & Which Manga Volume [Chiikawa]

Usagi, Chiikawa, and Hachiware find an old slot machine in an empty arcade. When Usagi activates the yellow machine, a loud sound echoes, and a small figure resembling Chiikawa appears on top of the machine. Then, two Usagis face each other, raising the question of whether they have swapped bodies. Rather than playing, the three face the machine as if trying to figure out what the leftover device does.

Without returning to their original forms, the three line up at a ramen shop counter, where Usagi emphatically responds to a garlic order. By the water's edge, Usagi and Chiikawa peer at their current reflections, noting that it isn't really much of a problem. Chiikawa laughs, saying they actually like their current form, and Hachiware wags their blue tail vigorously. A scene is also depicted where Usagi dives into a giant pudding, surprising Chiikawa and Hachiware.

As the three are singing, Yoroi-san (Armor Knight) appears and reacts, saying they like the song. Yoroi-san (Armor Knight) also sings in a different tune, but the three don't recognize the song, revealing a discrepancy in their respective memories. On another day, Usagi vigorously dives into a giant pudding, surprising Chiikawa and Hachiware nearby. Even without getting their original forms back, the three spend their daily lives together, enjoying songs and food.
